Between Rest and the Rush

Feeling Good… But Cautious

I just want to say that I’m excited about a couple of things, and life is finally starting to feel a little better.

Positive Momentum

First of all, I had a great talk with my professor. He seemed genuinely supportive and liked the direction I was heading—especially when it comes to my 3D-printed device and just the progress I’m making overall. That kind of encouragement really does something for the soul. It reminds me that maybe I’m on the right path after all.

Album Release Coming Soon

And then… there’s the music.

Yes, I have an album coming out! Now the question is: when should it drop? I’m deciding between November 14th and November 21st. Both dates feel right, but I want to make sure the project is ready before the holiday season kicks into full gear. But then again, the holidays have kind of already started, so what’s the rush?

Still, I’m leaning toward November 14th just so I can rest and not feel pressured during Thanksgiving week. Speaking of Thanksgiving, I also thought about dropping the album on Thanksgiving Day as a personal way of giving thanks—for the creativity, for surviving the chaos, and for still being here.

It’s going to be a 10-track project, around 20 minutes long. Short, simple, straight to the point. But every track will carry weight.

Real Talk: Boundaries and Balance

Even with all this good energy, I’m reminding myself that it’s okay to be cautious. Sometimes people will ask for your help but won’t be around when you need theirs. That can sting. That’s why I’m choosing to give people their space—because I want peace.

Honestly, I love being single. I love not having to worry about anyone else’s expectations. I don’t feel pressured to have kids or fit into anyone else’s plan. I’m just focusing on me, my art, and my peace of mind.

📍 Album release coming soon.💬 Let me know which date sounds better: November 14th, November 21st, or Thanksgiving Day (Nov 28)?
